The Hyatt was a great place to stay. The beds were a little hard but otherwise amazing. The staff was friendly and supportive. The only issue i had was that the Hyatt transfer from the airport to the hotel was not there when i arrived and had to take a taxi. The hotel comp'd me for a complimentary ride back to the airport at the end of my visit. The casino and resturants are top shelf. I thoroughly enjoyed the stay!

I chose this hotel more or less at random, relying on the high star rating as well as favorable comments from other reviews on the agoda website. From the moment I arrived until I left more than a week later, I received utmost courtesy and professional treatment from every staff member. Room service was always prompt, with meals served hot and highest quality of food preparation. I would stay at the Hyatt in the future without hesitation. As for the casino and hotel restaurant, I did not avail myself so cannot address those features.

There is a convenient transport service from the Manila International Airport to the Hyatt, and the amenities are always in good order. Friendly staff, easy access to many destinations within the city, and their excellent breakfast keep me looking forward to my next stay.
