I have stayed in the new horizon hotel at least on five occasions now and it is my hotel of choice in manila. the staff are wonderful, the rooms are huge and well appointed and the service is wonderful. i particularly love the inclusive buffet breakfast, the free internet and all the other freebies. the staff are so friendly and every time i stay there i feel like a king. the hotel is conveniently situated for the airport and shopping mall. I will stay there every time i go to manila, it is just such a great experience.

I choose this hotel based on previous reviews by other visitors. They were right on the money as far as this hotel is concerned. Don't be fooled by outside surroundings, inside of the hotel is clean. The hotel staff is always friendly and ready to help. The AC of both rooms worked, but shower curtains need some cleaning. The breakfast buffet was very good and the choices were plenty. The only complaint we I had was overcharging by one taxi driver. The hotel should crack down on taxi drivers who overcharge. I will stay here again.

I truly enjoyed my stay at the New Horizon Hotel! From the front desk personnel, doormen, housekeeping, and restaurant waiters and chefs--everyone was so nice and accommodating. Being a single traveler, I felt perfectly safe in my room. I had the Horizon suite which was spacious. clean, and comfortable. The bathroom was huge and the toiletries were always replenished daily. And the complimentary breakfast was fabulous! The menu changed daily. I was also very fortunate to meet Chef Danny on my last day. I would highly recommend staying at the New Horizon Hotel.
