Good breakfast, clean nice rooms and good hotel staff. I have stayed at the hotel 3 times and have had a good time each visit. The breakfast is very good, the best I had in the Philippines. The hotel staff was the best that I had in the Philippines. The area around the hotel is very safe and it is close to the large SM mall.

When we celebrated our anniversary, we intended to book a hotel that is strategically located, with good amenities, family-friendly and is easy on the budget. through agoda, we chanced upon a vacancy/availability in richmonde hotel -- ortigas is far enough from our house, and near all the good gimmick places wholesome enough to bring a 6-year old to. the inside of the hotel was a pleasant surprise because while we were bracing ourselves for a cramped place, knowing its a small unit, we find a good mix of bathtub, flatscreen tv, a decently sized bed good for 3, and a heated, covered pool which our son enjoyed very much. i'd definitely go back again.
