Arrived at 2am in morning after being stranded during Thypoon Mina and was so tired. Hotel staff still had our room and were so good. Only slept there for 4 hours before morning flight so not much to say. Room was very comfortable and clean and the morning wake up call was on time. recommended location, cleanliness, good room facilities and will stay there again.

I have previously stayed at this hotel last time I was in Manila. The hotel is handy to shopping and the airport. The big asset of this hotel are the members of staff. The staff are keen to please, help everybody with everything. The members of staff in the resturant are 'top quality' people who I respect for their hard work and extra effort. I will return to this hotel again.

We only stayed one night as we were in transit. But although we arrived late night, the staff were very courteous and helpful, making sure we were comfortable. My wife is pregnant and they went out of their way to see she was catered for. I can't compliment the staff enough for their courtesy, they made our stay very pleasant. I have no complaints about the room as everything was just fine and worked accordingly. Beds were extra large and very comfortable with the extra pillows provided.
