This was my first time at the picasso, based on a recommendation from a friend. the hotel was conveniently located to greenbelt, glorietta and downtown makati. the staff was very friendly and helpful. the rooms were surprisingly modern, clean and large for the price of a downtown hotel. I will be staying there again.

I stayed here on july 23 and was pleasantly surprised by the artsy quality of the whole place. I checked in without a glitch. The room had a kitchenette, sofa with foot rest, touch lamps, work desk and balcony. I mentioned these because they arent always present in the other pricier hotels i've stayed in. The only thing lacking was a bidet ü Oh and i particularly liked their modern and really ergonomic bedside table. I could adjust its height, drag the surface to the bed and use it as a breakfast table while lying on the bed. That was cool. I wanted to get one for myself!

I stayed at The Picasso Boutique Serviced Residences for 2 nights. The stylish furnished and spacious rooms are welcoming the visitor and you absolutely feel comfy. The staff is really friendly and whenever there is a problem it doesnt take long to get it fixed. The hotel is in the heart of Makati City and nice cafes and restaurants are in walking distance. The hotel itself offers also breakfast and a restaurant. The food is yum and the prices are okay. Its not a 4 star restaurant though. So please keep that in mind. I would stay there again! Its awesome!
